Using Closeté

Closeté is a digital closet and outfit app for Android. By installing or using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Your content

The photos and details you add stay yours. Add only photos you have the right to use. Your closet is stored on your phone, so keep your device backed up and secure; uninstalling the app deletes its local data.

AI features

Garment details, outfit suggestions and Visualize previews are generated automatically. They can be wrong. Previews are AI illustrations, not a fit simulation or a photo of a real product, and colours and details may vary.

Do not use the AI features to create unlawful, harmful or infringing content, or try to overload, reverse engineer or misuse the service.

Closeté Premium

• Premium is an auto-renewing subscription sold through Google Play, billed monthly or yearly at the price shown in the app before you buy.
• It renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time in Google Play (Settings → Manage subscription in the app takes you there); access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Premium includes a monthly allowance of AI previews, shown in the app. Unused previews do not roll over. Failed previews do not use your allowance.
• Refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policy.

Your closet, the outfit builder and outfit suggestions are free and are not part of Premium.

Early access

Closeté is in early access. Features may change, and the online features may occasionally be unavailable. We may update or discontinue features with reasonable notice where possible.

Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data stored on your device. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.

Privacy

How data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. Changes are posted on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
